2. Why is shipping longer than expected? When is a package considered to be lost? What can I do?
According to our experience, delay is usually caused by your local customs inspection. You just have to be patient for a few more days. By the meantime, please use the tracking number we sent you and check online if available or check with your local post office.
We would allow up to 45 days for delivery before considering a package is lost, counting from date of shipment. It sounds rediculous shipping by air but we never know what really is happening. Could be customs inspection, country misdelivered and lost packages really happen. After 45 days, the solution has to be a PayPal dispute for your refund, this is a necessary process.
3. Can my order be sent as a gift to a friend before his birthday?
Yes, we can ship to anyone you want but cannot promise on arrival date. You can always add another address in Address Book, it can be found inside My Account. Notice that we DO NOT use any information provided by PayPal.
4. Can you declare my package at a lower value to avoid tax?
Certainly, we always declare as GIFT and ship from a NON COMMERCIAL address. Ball bearings are declared at about US$0.10 - US$0.20@, while balls are declared at US$0.01 - US$0.05@, depending on quantity you bought. The more you bought, the less value per item we will declare. We cannot guarantee you to be free from tax, customers are always responsible for all local taxes.
5. What is the online tracking site of my country?
Once your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you.

NOTE: Macau and Hong Kong are 2 different places, although Macau has its own airport but still relies on Hong Kong airport very much for international shipping. If your package should get pass Hong Kong airport first, information will be shown in (A).

NOTE: Your local post service will only be able to register an incoming package if it has reached your country. If you get no tracking result, it means your package is still on the way, please try after 2-3 days.
6. Why did tracking number fail?
Our tracking number ONLY works as long as package has reached your country, usually 10 days counting from date of shipment. If tracking result is still NO RECORD afterwards , the possibilities are:
- Your online tracking only supports domestic and out going packages.
- Your package is still on the way, your local post service can only register our package as long as it has reached your country. Please try 2-3 days after.
- Could be stolen, lost or misdelivered. This really happens. But rate is about 1/500.
When online tracking doesn't work, it is strongly suggested to use tracking number with your local post office.
7. Can I return any unwanted or faulty products?
Yes, we need your absolute satisfaction with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept returns within 40 days (date of purchase ~ return package received) under the following guidelines:
Returns Policy
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. Installation and other similar actions constitutes used merchandise. When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material is included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages. Returns sent COD (collect on delivery) will not be accepted.
Damaged & Defective Merchandise
If you receive defective merchandise or if merchandize has been damaged in shipping, please contact us for return instructions. In most cases, we will accept returns and make adjustments. Defects found after the product has been installed or is in use usually fall under warranty of manufacturer.

8. Who pays for shipping in the return process? Can we do cross shipping?
No matter what the case is, we are only responsible for shipping that takes on our side. Sorry, we can only offer solutions when your returned package is received.
