We can only adjust your contact information and shipping address. We cannot edit your order in anyway. So, please make up your mind before confirming your order.

2. Can I get a discount with volume buying?

Yes and only if you plan to resell them, please contact us for details.

3. I haven't made up my mind yet, is there a wish list available?

Yes, Wish List is at the header part of the website. However, the shopping cart is a permanent one. Items inside will not be removed as long as you delete them manually or by completing checkout.

5. What is the difference between coupon (C) and gift certificate (GC) and how to redeem?

C & GC are similar to each other. C is granted to customers via our admin. It can be a discount in either a dollar amount or in percentage, also there are certain rules applied to it. Rules could be a minimum order, times of use, within period of time, only for certain items, certain part of the order such as sub-total amount/shipping etc... C will not offer a remaining balance for your account. You have to use it up under that C preset rules.

GC is a non physical and non cash refundable product available at our shop which can be found at the header area. It is granted to you by another customer of our shop, simply like a gift. The dollar value of the GC can be used on any part of your order including shipping cost. Unused amount will be recorded and with the same code, you can use remaining balance for future orders. We have not set life time for GC, its life time is the lifetime of this shop.
